Solved and repaired within 30 minutes
Our system went down last night, and I called at 7:00 am to set up an appointment. The answering service said they would have dispatch call me when they opened. Got a call at 8:00 am, and an appointment for 10-2 was set up. Grant (second time at our house) arrived at 2:30 pm (very acceptable given summertime emergencies). He identified the problem and had it solved and repaired within 30 minutes. Grant (service tech) is a good representative for the company and is easy to talk to and work with. Would recommend Arctic Air for air conditioning work.
