I had 2 Arctic techs come out to my 2 properties. Sergio Uribe and Brian Swiger came out to sort out the issue left by Medallion, who wouldn’t honor the warranty on the new property and Cc East WCI. They were amazing, they were polite, a credit to the industry and Arctic, the company they work for. I would definitely recommend them and the company to anybody in need of top professionals. Good value for money and speedy in their response to an issue with your own air conditioning that needs to be seen straight away. Good job Sergio and Brian.

Trane HVAC System Installed Quickly Jun 13, 2025

We had an HVAC A/C emergency when our current system failed with a capacitor breakdown on a weekend. Troy Thompson, Sales Tech for Arctic Air, responded and came to our home on a Sunday. Troy worked with us on both our requirements for function and costs. He specified a system that met our needs and we arrived at a satisfactory cost. A Trane HVAC system was installed in our home on Tuesday by two excellent techs, Dave Tyus and Jack Miller. These gents did a great job from removal of the old system to our new Trane install and cleanup. We did have an additional tech, Pedro Bernardino, install a new upgraded thermostat on Wednesday to complete the job. The Arctic Air entire team, both field and in the office were terrific in responding to our needs, and providing us with an excellent Trane HVAC system. Thank you!!

Pedro did a fabulous job. Our system had been going on and off for almost 48 hours over the weekend. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately and started to fix it. In addition, I had them install a triple ultraviolet light system in HVAC unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Hope I can get him again if we have a service call.

Abi did a very professional job. He took care of my system inside and out, very efficient. He showed me all of the pictures and readings that he took on the heat pump and air handler, cleaned the coils, and installed a new UV light. The UV light is the only drawback; I was charged $374, which I believe was at least double the value. I let Abi install it, but it was way overpriced. Hopefully, there will be an adjustment on the price from Arctic!
