Top Notch A/C Company May 7, 2025

Third Posting 5/7/25: Today I had my semi-annual service call and, as usual, Sam, my assigned tech, was right on time. He checked everything end to end and made a recommendation to help with condensation, which I had installed. Sam is a true professional that never tries to sell you something you don’t need, and last but not least, he respects your property. I am very lucky to have him as my tech, and hopefully, you treat him right. 👍👍 Kevin Windward Communities Second posting 2/11/25: Today Samuel came back with the needed parts to fix my A/C/Heater System. He showed up at 8:00 AM as promised and spent 3 hours replacing the parts and then checking every inch of the system. To say Samuel is the best is an understatement. He is 'old school' and takes great pride in his work. He is also very respectful of my house and put booties on his shoes before walking in. In summary, because of Samuel, I signed up for a maintenance contract and requested him as my dedicated tech. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Right now, the system is humming and sounds better than when we first moved in. So if you need a top notch A/C company with top techs like Samuel, don’t hesitate. It is gratifying to see in this day and age a company that provides a level of service like this. The tech they sent, Samuel Eissler, was super. He immediately diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty part. He needed to order it, but he was able to work our heat on a bypass system so we have heat with no issue until we get the part. The installers that changed out our AC could not have been nicer and more professional during the task at hand. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The equipment installed was a huge improvement from our previous equipment as the noise level was seriously reduced and is actually quite pleasing to the eye. I personally am pleased we now have Trane equipment vice another brand equipment which gave me the confidence I need with this investment in our home comfort. Although it’s only a few hours since the change out, I feel we’ve made the right decision.

We moved to a nice development, but have had plumbing problems since the first day of our move. We met Erick when he was part of a team that had to fix the underlying plumbing that required the brand new tub to be removed and new plumbing hookups and install a new tub. Thanks to Erick and others our master bath has been a success. Now we found water on both sides of our new island in the kitchen. It is a slow drip that has happened again due to the previous plumbing company. Also, we needed a water filtration system due to deposits in the pipes and having cleaner drinking water. We have been hauling spring water in for 2 years. Erick is knowledgeable, explains everything well, and we trust him to do our plumbing like it should have been done in the first place. Thank you, Erick, and thank you Arctic Air and Plumbing. I find a company that is organized and managed well usually has successful outcomes.

Cory Richie, plumber specialist, came to do our annual plumbing inspection today. Cory is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed a thorough inspection, identified and resolved a couple of issues on the spot, and provided recommendations for keeping all our plumbing in good working order.
