A manager called me back and took care of this issue.
I had my service canceled with no notice, and the best they told me they could do was 2-3 months out for a basic planned service. I was not very happy with this as I paid for their Gold Service Program. A manager called me back and was more accommodating and did take care of this issue. I don't agree with companies just 'canceling' booked appointments, but at least Arctic Air has the processes in place to address customer service issues like this. I feel I need to give them the benefit of this supply/demand issue and hope my new appointment goes well. I feel their issue resolution was acceptable.

So, team 4 - Christian were great! They got everything done, and there was a little problem at the end, but Christian didn’t feel right about it and stayed extra time to keep checking on the problem. Finally, he called his boss, told him the problem, and the boss ordered the part at no charge. Christian and his helper were great (boss too). I would fully recommend Arctic to everyone I know.
