
About the Role:
This position plays a key role in customer service, scheduling, and managing time-sensitive operations, with a focus on: Scheduling, Pricing, Profitability, and Cost Control.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency
- Answer customer calls, voicemails, emails, and escalate concerns when needed
- Follow up on HVAC/Plumbing service requests and warranty calls
- Book service appointments and parts requests
- Dispatch and coordinate service calls effectively
- Support technicians with dispatch communication and field inquiries
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns promptly
- Promote additional products, services, and maintenance agreements
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups based on technician recommendations
- Collaborate with other CSR team members for seamless customer service
- Process JB warranties and maintain accurate records
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and build relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and confidence in fast-paced situations
- Proficiency with business software, dispatch tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Prior customer service or dispatch experience is a plus
